Halloween Highlights- 2011

1/2 Marathon

Shawn is training for marathon in December so this weekend it called for him to run 12 miles on his training schedule.. he decided to run a 1/2 marathon in Florence. We dropped the kids off at Nana's and headed to Florence for a yummy meal at Buffalo Wild Wings all by ourselves. The next morning came early and very COLD!! Shawn did well and even ran into a high school cross country buddy - they enjoyed their run together.

Fall Festival

Pumpkin Patch

Penny's first field trip was to Tate's Farm. The weather was perfect! Her class got to ride the hay ride to the pumpkin patch , find their way through a hay maze,visit the petting area, and enjoy the playground. I think her favorite part was- riding the bus!!What a great day!!

Red Ribbon March

Both Sam and Penny are members of Student Council at their schools. They participated in this years red ribbon march and pep rally.
