I guess I could say I have learned my lesson- NEVER leave Penny alone in the bathtub! I was in the hall working on the laundry when I heard her yell "bubbles mommy bubbles". Wondering what she was talking about I went and check on her, needless to say this is what I found. 
She empty the whole brand new bottle of shampoo-
to make bubbles!!

That is why I stopped buying bubble bath...they always dumped the entire bottle in when I wasn't looking!
