Way to go Sambo!

Every year before school starts we go and buy new tennis shoes for Sam. Sam has had Velcro shoes for the last couple of years, but this year was a little different-the shoes he picked tie. PROBLEM: Sam can not tie shoes. So heading into first grade I am not having his teacher to deal with Sam's shoes all day long. We sat down Wednesday morning and I taught him how to tie his shoes. It only took him a few tries and then he had it!! Way to go SAM BO-

step 1. tie in a knot

step 2. loop and tuck

step 3. grap the bows and pull

step 4. YEAH you have now tied your shoe!!
